We're looking for a dedicated Growth Consultant to join our dynamic team.

ℹ️ Job Description:

As a Success Manager, you will act as both an operator of the business and a coach for the rest of the delivery team. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for administration, financial management, and managing the Account Manager. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our clients are achieving their KPIs and that our internal systems and teams are functioning effectively.

  • ClickUp (Project Management)
  • GoHighLevel (CRM, Client Communication)
  • Discord (Internal & Client Communication)
  • Google Meet (Video Conferencing)

πŸ’ͺ Main Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and build strong client relationships
  • Onboard new clients and provide them with necessary resources
  • Oversee the Account Manager to ensure all clients are on track with achieving successful KPIs
  • Monitor and report on client success metrics
  • Provide strategic recommendations to clients
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure client success
  • Resolve client issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Responsible for administration and financial management
  • Serve directly under the CEO and support with operations-related tasks

  • Proven experience in a managerial role
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Must be a people person and enthusiastic
